Joel Connelly: "One-party rule seems to have supplanted practical people with ideologues"

Seattle Post-Intelligencer Columnist Joel Connelly has confirmed one thing:

Washington is a totalitarian dictatorship.

And find some brilliant psycho-analysis of Connelly by Coyote at NW Republican, who took on the heavy lifting of parsing Connelly-speak, which is no mean feat. He's a Coyote, he's a Political-Psychiatrist, do we need voices like that from the real sagebrush perspective, or what? So, on to the fun, and today's Joel-bloviating:

"Eastern Washington isn't saying thank you these days for past dollars spent. The Inland Empire is acting like an Ingrown Empire, its lawmakers lining up to support legislation that would split off a large part of Washington into a 51st state. The legislation isn't going to pass in Olympia or Washington, D.C. It's mainly a bloviating opportunity for a part of the Evergreen State that doesn't have many evergreens."

O'Reilly envy, on top of everything else. There is just so much insight in that quote about how the Seattle Freeway Lexus-caged Dean-o-crat Armani Warriors of the Left feel about the rest of you. Particularly if you wear a flannel shirt to do yard work. Because if you do wear a flannel shirt to do yard work, you are quite possibly patriotic. And if you are patriotic, there is a chance you love America. And if you love America, then, well, what Cinnamon Stillwell (see below) says...

Makes sense.

Connelly so clearly encapsulates the mindset of the ruling oligarchy.

Joel, should we lowly minions just call you "Massa"? Now that we know how you feel?
